Her academic background drives a deeply evidence-based approach to training, ensuring that every program she designs is rooted in scientific research and best practice.
A former competitive cheerleader for more than five years, Joanne blends her knowledge of flexibility, mobility, and biomechanics with intelligent strength training to help clients build functional, moveable strength. Her passion for fitness began during college, where she discovered the powerful connection between physical performance and overall well-being.
At Post House, Joanne’s coaching philosophy centers on progressive overload, functional training, and mobility, underpinned by science-backed programming.
