Daniella

Daniella is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach who began weightlifting during a time of deep insecurity, seeking strength, confidence, and control over her health—and lifting provided exactly that. Her journey allowed her to build a healthy and balanced relationship with both her body and nutrition.

 

Now, her mission is to help others do the same. She’s passionate about empowering people to live healthier, happier, and more mindful lives by building sustainable habits, discovering inner strength, and embracing the journey. To her, fitness is about more than just the physical—it’s about confidence, resilience, and self-love.
