Taylor Walsh is a high-energy, results-driven fitness professional with over a decade of experience coaching clients internationally, as well as both New York City and the Hamptons. With a background as a former Lead Instructor and Chief Curriculum Lead at Barry’s Bootcamp, Taylor developed a deep understanding of program design, strength and conditioning, and group training methodology at the highest level.
Originally from the Rocky Mountains of Montana, Taylor combines his background in dance, athletics, and performance with a passion for evidence-based fitness and functional movement. His training approach emphasizes strength, conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention, helping clients move efficiently, build lasting strength, and stay consistent.
At Post House, Taylor leads signature circuit-style classes that balance intensity and precision — blending strength, power, and endurance for a full-body, results-oriented experience. His classes are known for their smart programming, positive energy, and ability to push clients beyond their perceived limits while maintaining a focus on longevity and form.
